Revenue Enhancement & Acceleration Program (REAP)
 
   
 

Designed to provide appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing and receivable management for all medical specialties in group practice or faculty practice settings.

This Program permits you to have an off-site business office responsible for all aspects of billing and receivable management, without making a significant investment in equipment, software and staff. Cash Management Program (CMP)
   

Designed to maximize cash flow and assist in effectively managing the aged, more problematic receivable. MBR systems and back-office operation become an extension of your business office operation, providing additional resources and creative support. CMP accommodates a routine referral of specific segments of the receivable based upon mutually agreed upon parameters. These parameters are determined through an analysis targeted at identifying areas of greatest need.

This Program can be tailored to process accounts on a special project basis as well. Regardless how it is structured, your staff can be assigned to areas of the operation with greater opportunity to generate revenue while MBR performs as an extension of the operation maximizing cash flow from the referrals provided.

   
Self-Pay Outsourcing (SPO)
   

Designed to provide a hospital, or physician practice with all of the services required to effectively handle the uninsured portion of the receivable. Sophisticated systems generate tailored statements that are in full compliance, patient friendly, effective, provide dunning statements with-in a defined cycle, and inquiry letters to obtain additional information as required. Toll free telephone numbers direct patient inquiries to the MBR back-office customer service group. Comments and activity codes are applied to each patient account as follow-up activity is performed. Accounts are actively managed, and those that are delinquent at the conclusion of the dunning cycle can be prepared for collection agency referral or write-off in accordance with the client’s policy.

   
Safety Net Program (SNP)
   

Designed to assist organizations overcome the crisis resulting from system conversions. Rather than convert the existing receivable to the new system, MBR can take responsibility for that pre-conversion receivable. This allows your staff to focus on learning the new system in a comprehensive way, and not be distracted by having to manage two systems. While your staff learns and manages the new system MBR is providing management and maximizing cash flow from the pre-conversion receivable. This receivable can be managed by MBR on the old system, or we can write an interface to import the receivable to our system and wind it down from there.

   
Emergency Transport Processing Program (TPP)
   

Designed to provide timely and effective billing and receivable management services specifically developed to handle ambulance services.
